Not all materials undergo the same stresses, depending on their use and environment. This is why Aprolis offers maintenance contracts adapted to each operating condition.

The Econom’Pack - Maintenance on demand

The Econom’Pack allows you to benefit from regular maintenance visits on your new or second-hand equipment.
During preventive maintenance operations, the engine oil* is changed, the engine oil filter* is replaced, and the joints are greased. The inspection points (10 to 25 depending on the category of equipment) and the advice of our technicians will ensure that your equipment complies with regulations.

All waste from our interventions is collected by our staff and brought back to our collection centres to be treated by our recycling channels.

Each intervention is planned by our planning centres and confirmed electronically by our customers on our technicians' tablets after the job is finished. A paperless report is then sent by e-mail. All interventions are also recorded in the equipment logbooks which remain available on site

We guarantee servicing action within 12 hours in the event of the equipment being immobilised.

Preventis and Prevent’Pack

Outsource the management of your handling trucks' preventive maintenance.

Prevent’Pack guarantees that you always have a fleet of new or properly maintained used trucks. Preventis also includes the financing of the equipment.

With our Prevent'Pack contracts, Aprolis takes charge of the preventive maintenance programme for your equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, including maintenance parts, ingredients and supplies.

Prevent'Pack includes the labour and travel of the technician on these operations. Maintenance intervals are chosen to reflect the way your equipment is used. Our preventive maintenance operations guarantee the availability of your forklift trucks.

Prevent'Pack contracts include monitoring and thereby make it possible to identify and plan future technical servicing on each piece of equipment, thus reducing downtime and repair costs. The decision about what repairs to make is still yours, for your peace of mind.

Globalis and the Global’Pack - The performance contract

Global’Pack is the guarantee of having a fleet of new or used equipment with maintenance and with control of your operating costs. Globalis also includes equipment financing.

With a Global’Pack contract, Aprolis looks after the preventive maintenance programme for your equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, including curative maintenance. This includes replacement of maintenance parts, ingredients and supplies, replacement of consumables and repair or replacement of defective components.

Global’Pack contracts include the technician's labour and travel for all these operations.

All the waste from our interventions is collected by our staff and brought back to our collection centres to be processed by our recycling channels.

Each operation is planned by our planning centres, then validated electronically by our customers on the tablets of our technicians after the execution of the service and gives rise to the issue of a dematerialised report sent by e-mail. All the operations are also recorded in the equipment logbooks which remain available on site

We guarantee servicing action within 6 hours in the event of the equipment being immobilised.

The possible options :

  • The organisation of General Periodic Servicing (VGP)
  • The replacement of tyres and/or cushion wheels
  • The replacement of forks
  • Fleet cost monitoring reports
