Crown is one of the pioneers of semi-automated order picking technology. The QuickPick® Remote system is simply efficient. By remotely controlling the truck's movement, the operator significantly reduces the need to climb up and down from the cab, as well as unnecessary walking.
The positive effects are twofold: less fatigue and risk of accidents to the operator, and increased productivity in the picking process. Safety and maintenance of aisle positioning are managed autonomously by the QuickPick® system. The operator can concentrate on his main function: order picking.
