Technical characteristics of the DULEVO D3 road sweeper

Front brush
The front brush is positioned by means of a hydraulic system. The operator controls the front brush directly from the driver's seat using the joystick.

The larger diameter of the front broom allows large working aisles.

Complies with the Euro 6 C emission standard. In addition, the Mann-Hummel engine filter protects the engine with its three-stage filtration thanks to its vortex pre-filter, primary and secondary cartridges.

External tank and water circuit
The external tank is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a filling pipe. A level indicator is present on the side of the tank. This way the water level can be easily seen.
The nozzles can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. In addition, filters prevent dirt from clogging the nozzles to keep them working properly.
DULEVO's patented waste conveyor, with the external structure of the conveyor made of high strength steel. The high flow water cleaning system allows the cleaning of the belts and the fins. This allows the removal of accumulated waste and optimises the efficiency of the sweeping.

The waste container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. A hydraulically opening hatch allows for inspection. A wireless remote control also allows operators to perform operations from outside the cab.
