The double-tier stackers offer several functions: pallet truck up to 2000 kg, storage up to 2000 mm high, loading and unloading of lorries, load transfer or order picking.

The chassis is very stable and the hydraulic system is fully integrated into the mast design to give a clear view of the forks, whatever their height.

The traction controller ensures fast and smooth acceleration, preventing slippage, even when driving on slippery surfaces.
Regenerative braking is optimised: no more swaying, faultless hill holding, anti-wheel-lock. In addition to the precise controls permitting spot-on positioning in front of the items to be picked, the "Flying Start" function allows the truck to start accelerating before the driver is even fully installed in the cab.

Lifting capacities, various performance modes and electronic assistance systems maximise the benefits of very narrow aisle and high-reach rack filling. The electronics constantly monitor travel speed, lift height, steering angle and many other parameters to adjust performance in real time to find the best safety/productivity trade-offs.

All manoeuvres and load handling are carried out quickly, accurately and smoothly, with integrated control systems to ensure safety and stability. 

The design of the mast, fork carriage, overhead guard and chassis provide excellent all-round visibility. All the controls are extremely precise. Whether it's the movement of the truck or the hydraulic controls, every movement can be applied with millimetre precision. This makes positioning in aisles and gripping loads extremely easy. 

The colour dashboard display features clear, easy-to-read icons, reducing the risk of errors: steering wheel direction, battery discharge indicator, travel speed, fork height (optional), weight on forks (optional).

Designed around and for the operator, the driver station has a low access step and a height-adjustable floor (except L and C models). The floor has a large surface area so that foot movement is not impeded, even when wearing heavy safety shoes. The 'mini-flywheel' steering control on the right-hand armrest provides perfect posture throughout the day, while the adjustable left-hand armrest houses the main controls (hydraulics, horn and other optional controls). 

The driving position offers an unobstructed view at ground level when picking up and setting down pallets, overhead through the driver protection canopy when storing/unstoring, and around the truck when driving.

Benefit from driving and load handling aids and optimise your storage operations. Thanks to Dynamic Cornering Control (DCC), the truck detects the steering angle and reduces speed early enough to guarantee stability and turn precisely and safely. 

The S3-2 system measures the weight of the load each time the forks are raised. The weight of the load (rounded to the nearest 100 kg) is displayed on the screen. Travel speeds are automatically adjusted according to the weight, offering the best productivity/safety ratio. 

Loads remain stable even at great heights thanks to Mast Tilt Control (MTC), which absorbs mast oscillations, reduces the speed of tilt, lateral offset and angle, and accelerates mast stabilisation by 80%.

With an intermediate access step and ergonomic handle, getting on and off the driver's platform has never been easier. The slightly lowered seat position and raised driver's canopy provide unrivalled comfort and visibility. The palm of your hand fits perfectly on the adjustable armrest. 

As for the hydraulic controls, their dimensions and positioning have been designed to suit all body shapes. The seat and steering controls are fully adjustable. The angle of the pedals has been optimised. These driver-centred designs considerably reduce postural stress and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

Traction, braking and steering are managed electronically to ensure smooth, precise and safe driving, even with trailers loaded up to 5,000 kg.

The ECO and PRO driving modes quickly adapt performance to suit the need. For example, ECO mode will allow smooth approach phases and more precise manoeuvrability close to production lines, while PRO mode will offer faster acceleration and higher top speeds over longer distances.

The chassis design provides excellent all-round and rear visibility. The low, non-slip floor ensures safe entry and exit, but also increased comfort thanks to its triple suspension.

The steering wheel, adjustable for height and depth, allows an ideal driving position whatever the driver's size. It includes all the controls that are essential while driving. The ergonomic control levers reduce all postural and muscular stresses.
