The stages of the Aprolis second-hand process
Reception & selection
Each machine is technically audited to obtain its sale clearance.
Each forklift truck is washed and prepared for a detailed inspection using the latest technologies applicable to all the machines.
Reconditioning
Non-compliant parts are repaired or replaced with new components. For IC engines, emission and compression tests are performed.
For electrical equipment, depending on the level of preparation, drive batteries are overhauled or replaced with new ones. Reconditioning operations are carried out as per the programme established during diagnosis and in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Painting
Painting - Preparation of the chassis and mast, full sanding and new painting of all the equipment.
Regulatory checks
Commissioning inspection - Carried out by an independent body, the commissioning inspection involves putting the equipment through static and dynamic tests, and all necessary compliance and safety checks are carried out.
